EDC believe individuals are the core of the company’s success. Individuals contribute ideas, provide constructive critique and feedback that shapes the company, its processes and development, to keep it moving forward towards greater success.
It is important at EDC that the team and its members have avenues in which to express their thoughts, views, needs wants, and opinions.
EDC encourages the team to do this via monthly group expression sessions, one on one coaching, anonymous drop boxes in office and open whiteboards around the office.
Management are committed to addressing any feedback, and providing immediate response to it.
